Alysa's lifelong interest in yoga and meditation naturally led her to become a certified yoga instructor. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years, and takes her experience to the classroom to guide her students through various postures, safely stretching and strengthening while staying truthful to everyone's individual limitations. Her philosophy is to slow down, rest when you need to, and she always makes her classes fun.
