Milad has over 10 years of clinical experience and believes in an evidence-based and patient-centred approach of treatment. He provides patients with a thorough initial assessment to determine the root cause of their problem, followed by hands-on manual therapy (his primary focus of treatment), an individualized exercise program and education. Milad has worked in both hospital and private clinic settings with patients of all age groups with sports injuries, degenerative issues, workplace injuries and those involved in motor vehicle accidents. He enjoys working with all different types of patient cases with particular interests in treating spinal issues, shoulder injuries, knee injuries and post-orthopedic surgery patients.

Milad staunchly believes in lifelong learning and is planning to further his training in vestibular rehabilitation and a different approach of manual therapy in the coming months. Milad understands the importance of fitness and exercise as a part of a healthy and active lifestyle and during his leisure time, he enjoys working out, hiking, spinning and swimming.
